Edwardian mahogany low chest of drawers having two short and two long cock beaded curl mahogany veneered drawers on shaped outsplayed bracket feet.

Edwardian Mahogany Chest on Chest ca 1910
This beautiful Edwardian mahogany chest on chest has a rectangular moulded top. The top section has two over three graduating oak lined drawers with brass swan neck handles and the lower section has a pull out clothes slide above three graduating oak lined drawers again with original brass swan neck handles. All the drawers have boxwood and ebony string inlay and the piece stands on splayed bracket feet, splits into two sections for ease of removals, is a warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Shepland and Petter Edwardian Mahogany Chest of Drawers ca 1900
This beautiful Edwardian mahogany chest of drawers is by the renowned maker Shepland and Petter and has a rectangular top with a raised back and reeded edge. The piece has a deep top hat drawer with a fold down front above three graduating cock beaded drawers, all with original brass handles. The drawer fronts are beautifully figured flamed mahogany, the corners are canted and reeded and the piece stands on four chunky ogee bracket feet. The top has two minor marks and the backboards are original. The piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

This beautiful Edwardian mahogany chest of drawers is of good small proportions and has a rectangular moulded top with a satinwood banded edge above four graduating drawers with original brass swan neck handles, key and working locks, again the edges are beautifully banded with satinwood and ebony stringing. The piece stands on shaped bracket feet with a moulded edge, is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
