Particularly small Georgian mahogany dressing table mirror
Circa late 18th Century, a George 111 single drawer swing mirror of very small proportions. Hard to find this size, this charming example features an oval mirror, fully adjustable which sits above an oblong base veneered in mahogany. The central locking drawer constructed with very fine detailing has a diamond shaped bone key escutcheon with turned bone handles either side. Boxwood stringing features around the base whilst the whole is raised on bracket feet.

This beautiful antique Victorian mahogany Childs duchess dressing table has an arched moulded tilting mirror and two beautiful carved upright supports. The piece has a moulded demi-lune top, two small jewellery drawers with small turned mahogany knobs and a deep frieze with a central mahogany lined drawer and original mahogany turned knobs. The central leg is beautifully carved, scrolled and stands on a shaped base. The piece is a medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
