0841 Victorian Mahogany Bookcase / Display Cabinet Circa 1890 This beautiful Victorian mahogany bookcase / display has a moulded cornice with a deep frieze above two glazed doors with moulded edges and reeded sides. The piece has its original brassArt handles, key and working lock. The interior has three adjustable shelves. The lower section has a rectangular moulded top above mahogany lined drawers with original brass handles above two cupboard doors with central raised fielded pans, original brass handle and working lock. The interior has one removable shelf. The piece stands on a moulded plinth, splits into two sections for ease of removals, has original backboards, is a rich medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition.
