| Gillows Bow Front Mahogany Triple Wardrobe ca 1910
This striking Edwardian bow front mahogany triple wardrobe has the style and quality of a Waring & Gillows piece. The piece has a moulded cornice above a deep frieze with blind fretwork and three full length doors with flamed mahogany panels and original handles. The left interior has a fixed shelf above a hanging rail and hooks and the inside of one door has a mirror and retailers label. The right interior has two removable shelves above three sliding linen trays and two drawers. The piece stands on unusual turned reeded bun feet, has original backboards, is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
