| Georgian Oak Cross Banded Linen Press ca 1800
This beautiful Georgian oak cross banded linen press has an inverted breakfront moulded cornice above two cupboard doors with mahogany cross band, turned knobs, key and one working lock. Each interior has two fixed shelves and each side has a beautiful turned column. The lower section has two over three graduating cock beaded drawers with turned knobs, key and working locks. The piece stands on four beautiful turned bun feet, splits into two sections for ease of removals, is a golden oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
