Large Circular Mahogany Tilt Top Dining Table ca 1860 This beautiful large antique mahogany tilt top dining table has a circular moulded top which tilts and has its original brass mechanism and bolts. The piece stands on a beautiful turned pedestal and has tripod scrolled, carved legs with brown porcelain castors. The piece is a rich warm red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. The shaped top has a double lipped moulded edge and stands on turned and carved supports with original brass castors.
