| Antique Victorian porcelain very charming child's Christening mug or cup. Painted with 1868 birth date and name in gilt lattering, the cup also includes both a beautiful seascape and landscape decoration.
Size 3.5 inches high, by 3.25 inches in diameter.
In very good condition, with just some very minimal gilding wear to top outer rim, and slightly darkened handle.
A lovely and very collectable example. |

| Superb Derby part dessert service from the late Bloor period, dating to c1835, each piece with a finely painted landscape by the last artist to be apprenticed at the Derby factory, Edwin Prince.
Each landscape is surrounded by a wide cobalt blue border with C-scroll detailing and enhanced with gilding.
Factory mark of a crown and ribbon in red, titles of views also in red.

| A 18th century oil on board attributed to the English painter Richard Wilson (1714-1782) . Richard Wilson was a founder member of the Royal Academy in 1768 and between 1769-1780 exhibited 30 of his paintings there . This work dates from 1765 after his travels to Italy . It is either a view of an Italian landscape or more likely a classicised view of a British landscape with figures admiring the view and taking refreshments .The painting is housed in the original fine composition giltwood frame which dates from the 18th century . Frame 16"x 12,1/2" , painting 9,1/2"x 7" . It has some inscribed provenance /history on the back including past collection of and its sale through Sotheby's in 1922 . Viewing welcome .
