This centre piece has a printed mark underneath of Crown Ducal ( Circa 1920).This piece is unusual in that it still retains the flower holder The flower holder has a registration number printed on it. The piece is in very good condition apart from a very fine line crack on the edge and a small star crack in the bowl These you only see on close inspection

| A striking bell shaped crystal bowl on a short spreading foot. The bowl is beautifully cut with polished swags, hanging and vertical sprays, as well as lens bands. The base is embellished with a star burst design. The bowl has an extremely fine and clear ringing tone. When I have been able to find one of these, they have just been painted with flowers, and not these BEAUTIFULL Derby birds BOTH SIDES. Otherwise this form has been by the Longton Hall factory. 9ins/ 23cms high. |
