| 19th Century Ebonised Bonheur-du-jour
A beautiful example of a 19th Century Ebonised Bonheur-du-jour with attractive foliate metal mounts, crossbanded and inlaid, the galleried back fitted with six drawers and a compartment enclosed by a mirrored door, having a tooled writing surface over a frieze drawer, on cabriole legs, together with a decorative and matching ebonised chair, having a brass lattice back panel on sabre front legs having been reupholstered in a gold Regency stipe.
A beautiful matching set, highly decorative and almost impossible to find as a match these many years on!
