Edwardian Inlaid Card / Games Table ca 1900 This beautiful antique Edwardian inlaid card / games table has a rectangular moulded top with a striking central oval inlaid section, the top swivels and opens to double in size, has a central green baize insert and a concealed games compartment. The piece stands on four tapering legs and has a lower shaped tier with a satinwood banded edge. The top has a small mark and the piece has a maker stamp ‘Brown & Beveridge, Glasgow’. The piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
