Georgian Mahogany D End card Table / Tea Table ca 1790 This beautiful antique Georgian mahogany D end card / tea table has a circular fold over top with a cross banded edge and boxwood string inlay above a deep frieze with flamed mahogany banding and a moulded lower edge. The piece stands on four tapering legs with spade feet (one minor old repair) and the back legs swing out to support the top when unfolded. The piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. William IV mahogany tea / games table ca 1835. This striking William IV mahogany tea / games table has a solid mahogany top with rounded corners. The top swivels around and opens up to double the size, there is a concealed games compartment and the piece stands on a octagonal pedestal with a quadraform base and small turned feet. It is a rich red mahogany colour and has a striking grain, good patina, is in good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. The top swivels and unfolds to double in size revealing a concealed games compartment. The piece stands on a beautiful shaped, fluted pedestal with a turned socle, quadriform base and beautiful turned feet with original brass castors. The interior of the top is marked due to age and use and the piece is a little chipped around the hinges. The piece is a rich medium / dark rosewood colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
