georgian irish cut glass tea caddy

Very unusual piece of Georgian cut glass.Sadly it is not perfect,minor general chipping to the edges,more serious chipping to the handles (see photographs).However the handles aside the general condition is very good.It displays well and is a rare piece of glass,as such a good example for a collector.13 cms long.Slightly more obolong than the pictures appear.

Depth = 8 cm (3")

About the Date of Manufacture
This antique was produced in the Georgian period (1714 - 1837). At the time that this antique was being crafted, the first four Hanoverian kings of England: George I, George II, George III and George IV were successive Kings of England.
