Another great quality French solid walnut Armoire, circa 1900 and with some fantastic carvings to the panels.
It has the original oval glass to the centre door which is the "breakfront" section.
Internally, there is full width shelving, but we could fit a hanging rail if you wanted. The depth internally is 15.5`` maximum so it is not suitable for larger items.
Originally these armoires` were intended for folded pieces, hence the depth issues!
Although this is in good condition, I can`t help but think it would look really super painted and perhaps highlighted in a second colour or a gilt on those carvings.....do get in touch for more info.
