Marble Top Table - Twin drawers - Victorian
An interesting kitchen, pantry, utility or orangery table.
The table is a very sturdy piece benefitting from twin end drawers with brass under-pull handles.
Presented in good condition the table would perform perfectly as a kitchen preparation or side table; the cool marble top lending itself to all manner of chopping, rolling & kneading. Also suitable for the side of an AGA or oven as the top can withstand the heat of pans.
The gorgeous solid mahogany turned legs are robust and ensure that the table remains very sturdy.
Overall a lovely piece with huge character offering many options for use.

About the Date of Manufacture
This antique was produced in the Victorian period (1837 - 1901). The Victorian era of British history was the period of Queen Victoria's reign from 20 June 1837 until her death, on 22 January 1901.
