A good, Georgian plain stem wine glass, the ogee bowl with fluted base and having well engraved fruiting vine. Standing on a conical, folded foot, it measures approximately 5.7/8"tall x 2" maximum diameter bowl and 2.7/8" diameter foot, and dates to circa 1745. It is of good colour, weight and proportions and is in excellent condition with no chips or damage, and neither the rim nor the foot have been ground or reduced.
